Posizione centralissima, carne buonissima per qualità e cottura , ottima la tartare con la burrata. Ottimo servizio .

Insieme a un amico di Firenze abbiamo cenato in questa osteria: che soddisfazione!!! La bistecca nemmeno a dirlo davvero ottima ma la sorpresa della serata è stato il loro pollo fritto: eccezionale. Ottimi anche i carfiofi fritti. Molto valida la selezione di vini. Consigliato!!!

I ate here Sep 21, 2022. I had the best experience here from the staff, the ambience, the food, the people, everything! If you want a local Florence experience, I recommend this spot. A friend recommended it to me and I am so glad they did. The staff had such a positive and engaging energy. I got the duck Pappardelle, the bruschetta, the tiramisu, water, and a glass of wine. Trattoria che ti fa fare un salto temporale negli anni 80. Accoglienza ottima e ben seguiti dal capo sala con spiegazione del tagliare della casa. Il tagliere ponte vecchio è un mix di salumi e formaggi e bruschette. I due primi presi erano fatti con pasta all'uovo pici e gnocchetti) consigliatissimi. Prezzo medio-alto però va considerato che è a due passi da ponte vecchio. Unica pecca è la pulizia dei bagni da rivedere!!! C'erano moltissime ragnatele nel bagno degli uomini.

Reservations a must, likely days in advance it is that good! While small, owner Thomas and his family members are not small on charisma, charm, and they provide a very fun atmosphere. And the food?! ...incredible! Had several dinners here during a week in Florence giving us a chance to try many dishes on a select, hand picked menu. Every dish, delectable, and the wine list covering all Tuscany regions is offers many great choices at great values! Lunch may be your only option if you cannot get a dinner reservation; however you experience Vini e Vecchi, you too will be so glad you did.

We loved this place so much, we came back TWICE during our short 3 day stay in Florence! Glad we tried it on the first day so we could make a return visit before leaving Florence! What to expect: We had lunch and dinner on different days, and their menu differs very slightly everyday! Make a reservation as it can get very crowded. If you liked your meal there, just make a reservation after your meal for another day! What we ordered: -Fettuccine Pesto -Pappardelle with Duck Sauce -Paccheri with Zucchini flowers and saffron -Fried Chicken with Zucchini flowers the -Raspberry Tiramisu Everything was SO good!
