Food was amazing, service ok for the level of trade, atmosphere excellent as always.

Fatime was absolutely lovely, helped us so much and gave brilliant recommendations. I don’t normally do reviews but she was just so kind to us I felt like I needed to.

I've been to many different wagamamas, it's a very casual restaurant, but this time we were a bit disappointed. Food didn't taste as good as other venues. Drinks arrived after the food it should be the other way round.

This is the best Wagamama that I have visited. The food was really very tasty and everyone in our group agreed that it was better than at other Wagamama restaurants we had visited. The serving staff were attentive and friendly. Would recommend.

I've been too many different wagamama's across the UK and this was by far the best customer service I have ever seen, very attentive servers and very pleasant. Big shout out to Fatima, was a pleasure to eat out. I highly recommend the new saku noodles, very tasty

Me and my boyfriend came for a date night and had a lovley time! My boyfriends first time at wagamamas and he loved it. We was served by James and he was so attentive and incredibly polite! Even tho we could tell he was busy he made sure we had everything we needed!

Wouldnt recommend eating here if you have any dietry requirements/alergies. We informed the waitress that we were all vegetarian but they mixed up one of our sides with a duck one and there was a small piece of meat in one of our mains. They said it wasn't meat in the main, it's just the way they get the food or something which I'm not sure I believe but they still gave us duck and my friend didn't get so much as an apolgy even though she was very upset after taking a bite and I wouldn't trust them as far as cross contamination.

Absolutely ridiculous. We were a party of eight celebrating a family birthday. When I phoned I was told that we couldn’t book a table because ‘it’s the last day of the school holidays and we think we’re going to be busy’. We’d also been refused a booking at Centertainment Sheffield because Take That were playing that night and ‘we might be busy’. So we decided not to risk a potentially long wait and booked somewhere else. As it happened we passed Wagamama’s on our way to our meal it was virtually empty. So they lost our custom for nothing.

I came with friends, one carried an allergy, giana came over quite rude to the lady she was training it seems, disrespectful attitude, cockiness and rude. Giana smashed a coke bottle shattering everywhere and ushered a young lad to clean up her mess. Giana has a very rude attitude and should not be allowed to wait on the public. Usually a fantastic visit, shame bad customer service from one individual can alter your whole perception of a place, such a shame as the lady she was training was warm and welcoming, smiling and very attentive. You have the wrong person trying her this is not the service you want to I still into anyone.
