The service at this restaurant is top-notch. The manager is excellent and the staff are very polite. I will definitely be returning again next month.

Such a fab meal, our waitress Lisa was so attentive and our meals came out perfectly which was great seeing as I faffed around with swapping things out! Came out in perfect timing and the portion sizes were amazing considering price. Very happy!

Great service from Kirsty and Saryah, 3 of us came for dinner and Kirsty was mindful we had a train to catch so was super speedy especially our drinks! Saryah was very pleasant whilst bringing our food out, thank you both ladies you were amazing and will definitely be back Speisekarte ansehen

I recently visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. The three of us had a wonderful time, with all the food being hot and delicious. The service from two lovely servers (Kirsty and Saryah) was exceptional, as they were both helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend dining here and we will definitely be returning soon!

Yesterday, my friends and I visited this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The service was friendly and exceptional, and the food was some of the best I've ever tasted. The chefs did an excellent job preparing our meals, and the two lovely ladies who served us, Kirsty and Saryah, were outstanding. They definitely deserve recognition for their brilliance. To top it off, we even received a complimentary birthday dessert.

On arrival, really welcoming staff, pleasant and polite. It went downhill after that. Waited longer than usual to order, the server was not knowledgeable and left one side dish off the order. Food arrived, the Ebi Katsu was presented beautifully, the food did not live up to its appearance, was warm and not crunchy. The Pad Thai was over cooked and dry. No chilles in it and just the one piece of spring onion. When the missing side dish was asked for, I was made to feel it was my fault and then it wasn’t rushed to us, it arrived after we’d finished the rest of our meal. i’ve visit cabot circus wagamamas a couple of times and have never had a good experience. the staff are always incredibly rude and slow, even when the restaurant is dead quiet. recently i decided to give it another chance and went with a couple of friends, wish i hadn’t. i never received my food after everyone else had finished eating, neither the waitress nor the manager was apologetic. we waited 15 minutes for a single glass of tap water. someone came over to our table 4 times with food we didn’t order asking if it was ours, do they not have the tables written on the receipt? took forever to pay and only my meal was taken off there was no other compensation even though everyone’s food was...

Food was very good as always, however our first meal came out 10 minutes before the second. As I work in hospitality I can understand it can be a stressful environment during service so I did sympathise, however no apology given for the wait. I just struggle to understand how you can start taking out half a tables food when the other half is clearly 10 minutes away from being ready. Also, no cutlery given to us and we had to ask twice (almost 10 minutes apart), both times we were told to wait a minute…! When we finally received the cutlery, again no apology as we had to wait even longer to eat our food. I’m not trying to be picky as I get that it was busy, however it’s principle to be respec...

I have never had a poor meal at Wagamamas so I won’t go on about the excellent food that we also experienced here during a family birthday meal . We usually go to the W in Queens Rd but last time we weren’t that impressed so decided on a change and so pleased we did.
