We spent £52 on food to feed 5 people at the restaurant. I was surprised by the portion size of the cheesy chips, which cost £4.60 for a large portion. It was much smaller than I expected - only a quarter of the container. The price of £4.60 for such a small portion of cheesy chips felt like a rip-off.

Ordered for a family of 10. Service/delivery was efficient and on time. Order arrived all correct and nice and hot. The delivery person was also very friendly The mixed kebab with salad was soooo good. Meat cooked lovely and very tasty Portions nice and big. Could not fault. Terrible customer service. The lady on the phone has no pupil skills. Ordered food for 4 by delivery. Upon opening could only find 3 meals. (Mistakes happen). Upon phoning back, all I had was a blunt remark-“I did not hear that”. There was no sorry or an effort to rectify the problem. Basically had to put the phone down and my daughter ended up with no meal.

Awful kebab and really small portions! Ordered a large doner with everything on it with coleslaw, with garlic sauce! No coleslaw at all.. no onion, no tomato or cucumber and they forgotten the garlic sauce… So kebab and lettuce!! And the worst thing you can do to a kebab is not toast the pita… Guess what… soggy soft pita.. They forgot to toast it.. Absolute amateurs! Also ordered chips and got about 10 chips!! Won’t be back

Ordered a takeaway as I do alot from here, ordered 2 diet cokes, they sent 2 full fat cokes, which taste totally different, rang them, said we don't have any diet cokes so sent them, or anything else diet, I said that's the only drink you have that I don't drink, and at 1.40 per can, no I'll send you something else, no I'll refund you, or sort you something out for your next order, just a sorry about that bye, poor customer service Speisekarte ansehen

I tried a Doner pizza for the first time and it was a disappointment. A friend recommended a local takeaway, but I ended up ordering one from Waterside Grill. The pizza was bland and tasteless, with only about 15 small pieces of doner meat on top. The cheese was also tasteless and there was very little topping overall. It was expensive for what it was and did not live up to my expectations of an authentic pizza. I will not be ordering from here again.

We decided to order delivery from this restaurant tonight, despite our previous negative experiences with poor service and bad food. Unfortunately, our order was once again wrong. When we called to address the issue, the staff was rude and unapologetic. It took an hour for them to send out a replacement, and they seemed to act as if we were at fault. The restaurant needs to improve their food quality and customer service skills. We will not be ordering from them again.

First time I tried the waterside grill I went in with a friend who drinks in the waterside pub and he said that the kebabs were good. So we went in after a few pints. Unfortunately we picked the night when I think everyone in Paignton were having a takeaway. We finally got our meals and went our merry way. The next time I went in there was a few weeks later and I think that the people recognised me because as soon as I had paid my donna was ready. I can highly recommend there kebabs they are really tasty but I wish they would go a bit lighter with the chilli sauce which is very hot . But I really look forward to my Friday nights for a few pints and a donna kebab Speisekarte ansehen
