Absolutely lovely stay with a superb male at wilder .perfect spot for a lovely weekend away. If you love your top quality food stay hear and go there. Really was a top place to stay and the pub opposite the rooms (Britannia) was great with an open fire and plant of Gin

Very comfortable clean room, central location in town. Easy parking nearby. A perfect choice for our first visit to Nailsworth. We also treated ourselves to a wonderful foodie experience at Wilder which was the highlight of our visit. The perfect combination for our Autumn break.

Some of the best food we’ve had this year. Seasonal menu. Couldn’t help but have all 3 courses here. Perfectly cooked duck leg for the main course, literally melted away from the bone. Hidden gem that we wished was on our doorstep rather than in Nailsworth as we’d go there every weekend!

We visited Wild Garlic for my husband’s birthday with friends. Wonderful service and beautiful, imaginative food. We are both vegetarian and the choices were creative and unusual, with a wonderful balance of flavours. Would highly recommend along with sister restaurant Wilder which is of Michelin standard. Enjoy!

We wanted to go as one of our party is vegan and there was a great vegan menu. The whole meal was really great. Excellent friendly service, nice environment. We also had a Cossack Cup cocktail- really tasty. Meal was excellent, well cooked, delicious, well presented. All had different dishes and were happy. Tasty vegan food.

Just enjoyed an absolutely amazing valentines meal from Wild Garlic; tomato tartlet, vegan pasta, melt in the mouth beef bourguignon and dauphinois potatoes and a beautiful passion fruit cheesecake and sorbet to finish! Cooked at home so required a little more effort, but absolutely knock-out. Looking forward to being able to return after lockdown!

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in a long time. We stayed in the Loft room and I will think jealously of the bathroom for a while yet! The bed was comfy, it was really warm and cosy with thoughtful touches and the location was great in the town centre but still quiet at night. It felt like great value for money and I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Visited today for an early dinner for my birthday. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. Starter was arancini, main was cod with chick peas and chorizo and a rich and creamy blue cheese to finish. An amazing glass of Pinot Noir provided the perfect accompaniment to all of this. Service was attentive but not overbearing, knowledgable about the dishes and on hand for recommendations as needed. We sat outside in the sunshine in a beautiful location.

We booked The Loft Suite last minute for a night away. It was so lovely. The staff who worked at the restaurant couldn't have been more helpful or kind if they'd tried. The room was beautiful, really tastefully made out. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was so luxurious. We went for a meal at the restaurant and it was delicious. We tasted some great local gin and my husband had the special on that evening. Overall, we were super impressed by the beautiful town, the kind and helpful staff and the quality of the room and meal. Would definitely recommend this place.
