Awful, £11 for two people to not enjoy their food and have a horrible aftertaste. Bottom of the pot is just a horrible watery soup.

I had to throw out the £7 noodles because they tasted like raw onion and were full of large pieces of raw cabbage. It took 1.5 hours for the food to arrive, even though the app said it would only take 25 minutes. This was my first and last time eating here, as it was one of the worst meals I have ever had. Working around the corner decided go in a check out the lunch deal. I was not disappointed. At first thought was bit pricey but then once eating the food realizing how much of it was and not being able to finish it made me think again. Great value pretty quick turn around and love the fact everything is made in front of you! Would recommended you guys checking it out.

We ordered 8pm on a Monday night, waited an hour and a half but no delivery. Phoned them up asking where our food was, they said it was going to be another 30 45 minutes. No apology on the phone, in fact they were quite rude. In the end we cancelled our order. Really disappointed as we loved the Canton Wiwo and the food. If ordering online, be prepared to wait for a while. Will not be ordering again.

After a long day of shopping with my wife, we were feeling hungry and decided to try Wiwo in town. We had previously enjoyed Wiwo in Cathays, so we were excited to try out their new location. We were not disappointed - the food and service were excellent, just like in Cathays. The food was delicious and filling, and we will definitely be returning. We needed somewhere quick to eat before an event in Cardiff. We had walked past this place several times and decided that we’d give it a try. We both had the udon (thick) noodles, with sweet and sour sauce. I had the chicken, while my wife had the prawns and we shared a side of spring rolls, which came with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. We both thoroughly enjoyed it, though it would have been better if there was a little extra vegetables within it as standard. It was reasonably priced and we’ll definitely head back again.

I stopped at this restaurant on my way home from a fun day in Cardiff. It was a great day, but unfortunately, my meal ended up being a disappointment. I paid £13.90 for two noodle boxes, with £4.50 for the base, £2.00 for chicken, and the sauce (black bean and soy) was free. However, the noodles were burnt and the flavors were off. My partner also did not enjoy his meal with egg noodles, chicken, black bean and soy sauce, and fried garlic. The textures were not right and the flavors were lacking. We order from the canton Wiwo at least once a month and have always found the food delicious and the staff friendly. We decided to try the City Centre shop last week what a mistake that was! Our food took over 2 hours to arrive but with it being a Friday night we let that slide. While we were waiting a Adriana phoned and I quote said ‘You wanted chilli chips, no’ after some questioning we realised that a sleeping sounding Adriana was trying to tell us that they had run out of chips. She did however offer to change the order to rice and said she would add a bottle of coke due to us paying extra for the chips, we agreed that this was fine and thanked her for the heads up.
