Very beautiful hotel, huge and with plenty of services (restauration, concierge, shops, etc. ... Spacious and comfortable rooms Bed and Breakfast on the house in the bathroom

Super hotel, beautiful rooms and great bedding. The pool is as well. Only hic, the jacuzzi that should be banned from children or much more “controlled”. our aurélie waitress (joying birthday and her manager were very friendly and particularly kind to the children. fast and unhindered service, a true willingness of the team to satisfy customers! good food; rates a little high but consistent with the disney experience in terms of price quality ratio.

Very nice experience I took my boyfriend who didn’t know the world of Disney and it’s a great hotel for a nice discovery, but there are necessarily flaws and for the blow for a 4-star hotel hygiene level I don’t find it top ... chips in the office seat and a hair comb in the bed ... the staff is friendly but in the evening we are arriving very late and impossible to find our room it didn’t have us at all

Our stay at the Newport pay was wonderful! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. We got a compass club room and enjoyed our breakfast buffet and afternoon tea. Our room was spacious and well kept. We loved the bartender at the captains quarters lounge. The cast members all made our stay very special and we would definitely recommend anyone stay at this location. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and very well themed. Speisekarte ansehen

Friendly staff, wonderful experience. Very close to the parks and everything is so very well organized. The rooms with the lake view are beautiful in a nautical theme. The only thing that is stopping me to give the room 5 stars is the room temperature which was very cold (we had to ask for additional heather so we don't sit in gloves and hats in the room) and housekeeping was not at the level expected at such a hotel (trash was left in the room, no new toilet paper was placed, the coffee bar was not filled regularly and the used glasses were not replaced). Overall it is a good impression and a good experience.

We spent nights at the disney newport bay club. "Superior" room correct, very good bedding but given the price everything had to be very beautiful a lot of years ago! need to refresh and taste the day. That's really not worth the price. This is excessively expensive for what it is! the buffet dinner at the cod cape is very good, very fresh products and good options with meat/drinks... but also vegetarian and some vegan options. However, it remains very expensive, with the buffet menu imposed adults and children,) some wine and perrier drinks and we were at the breakfast buffet is good but nothing exceptional. very nice staff and small care. short too expensive for what it is.

Great location obviously and lovely staff. Had paid for a Club Room and was, shall we say, disappointed. The room was 'compact ' and generally tired. The bathroom tiny, with probably less than a half bath and again very tired looking. I have to say that I have paid less than €60 for accommodation of better standard than these. I wholly expected something more 'magical ' than was delivered and struggled to find the Disney wow. Corridors were crowded, conference goers staying at the hotel and using the conference centre were many in number and seemed to be everywhere. It also didn 't help that MANY smoked and insisted on doing so, in number, right outside the main exit to the parks. Not exactl... Speisekarte ansehen
