This pub has a truly beautiful location, situated on the River Wye at the base of a lush valley. It's dog-friendly, offers delicious food at affordable prices, and features a friendly staff along with a good selection of beers. Overall, I would rate the service and location both as a perfect 5 out of 5.

Went here for lunch on Saturday. They only just managed to squeeze us in, so I would advise booking if you can. I had steak and my friend had a burger, we were both very happy with our meal. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and the staff were friendly and welcoming, the the service was also very good. Staff are lovely and service is great. Lovely warm pub right on the Wye. However, we were ever so disappointed by one staff member named Stephen. He was rather unkind and rude to us from the start. He refused to give us a table despite another member of staff saying it was available and letting us sit there. We were also told we would never get a taxi home and to walk along to A40. We felt very unwelcome

What an amazing place! We just stayed for a child-free little weekend getaway in the Kingfisher room and loved it! The service was great, everyone goes the extra mile to help. The food was amazing, we had dinner last night and breakfast this morning. The room was so cozy and had such a beautiful view. We ended up going for a walk, and they were so helpful in suggesting where to go. Definitely looking forward to another visit. Rooms: 5

We enjoyed a wonderful family meal at this restaurant. The riverside section offers fantastic views of the River Wye, particularly in the summer, or if you're dining early in the day. While the food leans towards the pricier side, it serves a sophisticated twist on traditional pub fare, making it good value for both the quality and portion sizes. I had the YOFI burger along with onion rings, and I must say, the burger was enormous! I have a hearty appetite and had been walking for hours, yet I still had to take my time with it. The onion rings were absolutely outstanding – big, fresh, and crispy. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommend this place! Speisekarte ansehen
