"On arrival there was a board saying 20% discount for Blue Light Card so that was excellent. We ordered two drinks, two steak and ale pies and tried to have the discount deducted which was too hard to do. The manager said she could manage 10% only. Ok we had to accept that. Then the meal came. The pastry was soggy, the beef was full of fat and gristle. It was awful. There was then nobody to give feedback to as they had all disappeared somewhere. We would never recommend this place to anybody unless all you want is a drink and to watch sport. Terrible experience not to be repeated."

This has to be the best place, and most affordable place in Witney! Staff are really friendly and accommodating. I try to visit once a month when visiting family!

When in Witney we always eat here before going to the cinema. A bit dearer than Spoons but much much better food. Large historic Inn which offers good food at a great price.

Very old English pub with very friendly staff. They serve excellent, well kept beer, the Brie and Pancetta open sandwich was exceptionally delicious. Will certainly return when we are again in Witney
