Lovely charming staff, and a good Sunday roast. Reasonable selection of beers, and a nice warm environment. All round great pub!

Lovely pub, delicious food, great vegan options and staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. Great venue for a Saturday afternoon lunch.

There were 9 of us for evening dinner. Three children’s meals, which were ok, four adult roast dinners, which were very good 2 what was called Signature Burgers, which were poor nothing like the description on the menu, with 1 onion ring French fries rather than the description of skins on chips !!! We did complain about the chips, but was told that they thought there were some skins on the French fries!!! My advice to prospective customers is to avoid the burger at all cost opt for the roast !! Our party of 5 had a wonderful lunch experience at this restaurant. Our Brazilian waitress, Daphne, was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing top-notch customer service. The menu had a nice variety and was reasonably priced, with the added bonus of a specials menu. While the seafood grill was delicious, I would have liked to see some vegetables or salad included with the dish, instead of just fish and potatoes. Pretty standard chef and brewer pub. This is a very niche comment, but the Korean chicken starter was not as good as I've had in other chef and brewer pubs it was missing the sauce and vegetables. It was literally just a skillet of chicken wings. That aside, the pub was fine. Not much of an atmosphere as there weren't many people there (so great if you like it quiet). Food was fine, nothing really to comment on. Service was fantastic, our waiter was charismatic and friendly and even gave us a free bottle of prosecco to celebrate my grand in laws wedding anniversary. Good menu, good service, good experience. The service at this restaurant was exceptional, and the food was delicious. I will definitely return! Initially, I was hesitant about trying a chain restaurant, but I decided to give it a chance last minute. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The booking process was unique, with a robot named Claire handling the reservations. Despite my preference for speaking with real people, Claire did a great job and I received an immediate confirmation text. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable.
