Lovely and tasty food with a very cool system of delivery. However thing advertised on the menu were not available for order and the food was considerably pricey. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The service was really good. Polite and friendly; spot on. Just missing Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki on the menu. But they got some nice new additions instead like the 'katsu sandwich ' and the 'tacos '. Really enjoyed them.

Post pandemic the place has really suffered. The staff are nice and friendly but I think they are being over stretched, they have the foot traffic as well as the order from online services. This demand also affects how much the chefs can produce, there is really nothing on the conveyor belt. They should invest in more staff as they are clearly being overworked and that affects the quality of the service received.
