"Ho trascorso una splendida serata al ristorante il casale pomodoro e basilico con la mia famiglia e alcuni amici. Il locale è situato in una zona tranquilla e panoramica di Palestrina, con un ampio parcheggio. L'ambiente interno risulta accogliente e caldo, con arredi in legno, Il menù offre una vasta scelta di piatti della cucina italiana, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Tra le specialità del posto, ci sono gli gnocchetti a co' de soreca cacio e pepe e guanciale croccante , un piatto tipico della zona, saporito e cremoso. Abbiamo provato anche la pizza con prosciutto e mozzarella di bufala. La tagliata di manzo con lardo di colonnata era molto tenera e succosa. Per concludere in dolcezza, abbiamo assaggiato la sbriciolata ai frutti di bosco. Il personale è stato molto presente e attento, senza essere invadente. Ci ha consigliato bene sui piatti e sui vini. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo-quantità è eccellente, considerando la quantità e la qualità del cibo servito. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chi cerca un posto dove mangiare bene, in un'atmosfera familiare."

"Where can one have pasta plates for €6, and a steak for €8.5 these days? This trattoria, overlooking Palestrina, is frequented by locals, and offers unbeatable prices and unbeatable views. This is not a fine dining place, nor the site of a romantic date: it 's frequented by locals, often large families, and the dining room is large and noisy, full of life. The cooking is relatively modest, home-made italian food, well crafted but not extraordinarily delicious either: the sort of plain, filling meals one appreciates on a daily basis. It is not worth a gastronomic pilgrimage, to put it somehow, but if you happen to be on the area of Palestrina, and feel like climbing the hill, this trattoria is definitely one of the top picks to have a good meal in. The prices are, as said, unbeatable, and the value-for-money extraordinary – I 've had far worse meals in nicer places in London, where I was charged 10 times more for inferior food."

"On a trip to Palestrina, yesterday we came across this delicious restaurant. Curated in the location, rustic chic, very clean in the dining rooms and in the bathroom. The room staff, Luca, is a young guy, very nice and above all very competent, puts you at ease in everything. He advised us and we had a great time. to begin we ordered a artichoke to the guide, and given the period was very indicative. There came a rose of artichoke, from the crispy petals and from the tender heart, just as it must be according to tradition: vote 10! My husband I took rhymes to the tail sauce to the vaccination: cooking results, with a fantastic sauce, just in everything and picked up perfectly, as well as the beautiful pieces of meat that made a good contour to the pasta. Excellent for second a portion of lamb cutlets, perfect in cooking and really good, as well as excellent was the second dish, braised cheek to beer with contour of spontaneous herbs... all excellent!! !really a plausion to Germano, young promise from the laziale kitchen...bravi...all perfect from the service at the price. we will return and recommend to all of us to go... help the young people to fly themselves and the terrritory..."

"Hot bar/table, located in an industrial area of Palestrina, where they removed the tablecloths, added 3 first, 3 seconds and 3 desserts (the last nonexistent in the middle of the week) and renamed it “bistrot”! I order a la carte, after insistent attempts of the girl at the bar to let me cancel the reservation with The Fork and eat their menu of the diner. I didn't understand why? I had booked in fact to taste their own dish, (that on the menu of the diner was not there) the cacio and pepper with artichokes and pecorino waffles, excellent dish however, managed in full by the chef, that I thank. Service without desire, slow and distant, with only one table occupied throughout the room."

"We had dinner on Monday night. We were five people. We arrive at 20:30, after an hour we take orders, wait 45 minutes for the mixed appetizer with:salu, cheese, grilled vegetables and frittatina. It's hot! Hot cold meat, hot cheese! Let's go wrong. about 22:30 we ask for the first, 40 minutes have passed since the start had shot us. a pinsa arrives, after 20 minutes arrive 2 before, after another 20 minutes one before and after 15 minutes the last first. Biblical times for everything! and we're talking about a Monday night, there were 5 tables occupied. 3 people take redones, a mistake; come lukewarm and hard for in a reasonable time (12 jets! We order 2 desserts, those arrive within 10 minutes and were good. I wouldn't recommend it."
