"I had a wonderful experience at Akari! I had dinner with a friend there in the evening, and we ordered gyoza along with a variety of sushi (maki, uramaki, and temaki), all of which was delicious. I particularly recommend the eel temaki. The selection of beloved dishes was excellent and reasonably priced. I also want to highlight the service; our wait staff was very attentive, and the food arrived promptly. It's a vibrant restaurant with fantastic food, and I will definitely return!"

Really tasty food. They have some dishes that are not common in Japanese restaurants in the UK like the chicken namban. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The waiter was friendly when we arrived, and the food was excellent! I had the lemon sour and salmon teriyaki, along with some nigiri on the side. The matcha panna cotta is a must-try!

Food is subpar considering we spent 50/head. The sashimi platter is a lot of food, but the fish tastes like you'd get from Tesco. It's cool that the place is an old pub though. Very cool aesthetic.

The pub has a beautiful ambiance, and the diverse cuisine is absolutely fascinating and delicious. The food is well-cooked and of high quality. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my experience there.
