I have been going to this restaurant for a few years now and I have always received excellent service and the food is among the best. One thing I've noticed is that they are always polite and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Tom

Came here when visiting London with my family. Absolutely great service and fantastic food. Bring your own beer with you which we didn’t realise but there is a small supermarket next door. Food below average. Extremely noisy place. Ive ordered sheek kebab, which was over salted. Curry was average, even though it was chef special. Nan was quite good, but not crispy but a bit soggy; like if it was sitting and waiting for some time and then it was reheated. After complaining about sheek kebab ive been offered onion bajia. Take Away Madras Sauce, plain rice, keema nan. I have been looking for a curry to replace the excellent Jubraj since its new ownership over a few months ago. I have tried so many places and keep finding the same result. The sauce is oversaturated with tomatoes/tomato puree and onions, This is vile not even eatable, be better just to eat tomatoes' and nothing else. This curry flavour is spreading to more restaurant's, and is nothing like a real British curry it does not matter how the curry was made, all you taste is the tomato with onions. Have been here twice now. First time the food was very good, but the second time I found my curry (either chicken tikka masala or butter chicken I cannot remember) so sweet that it tasted like a kilo of sugar had been added to it. This was in addition to being such a bright red from food colouring that it was practically glowing in the dark. So bright my friend even took a photo of it in disbelief. Why in 2023, do restaurants still serve this unauthentic type of 1970s Indian cuisine to people, when by now, everyone is accustomed to properly spiced dishes without the sugar and food colouring? I'm the most fussiest person. I googled this place and said it was nearby and it was getting late. Well the service was instant and loved the fact you could bring your own drink. Literally grabbed a bottle next door. The starter was so good and my son loves a certain dish which is hard to come by and he was impressed. The main was so good I couldn't believe it. I could not fault it, I was in awe. I would move just to have this food near me. From start to finish it was fab. To top it off my phone died so couldn't get an uber and the lovely Muhammad gave us a lift free of charge from the restaurant.
