wonderful. a unique atmosphere, almost fairytale, breathtaking panorama. every detail is fine, all fine and elegant. great food, very kind staff, attentive and not intrusive. refined and suitable for ceremonies, romantic dinners and special occasions.

beautiful historic place with a beautiful view, nothing to say. fast and kind service. the dishes were discreet/good, although the chicken carpione knew only about lemon. the vegetable cake and the chestnut swan was delicious. rather high prices despite the quality of some dishes was not aligned.

Lu is a city in the middle of nowhere....no it is in the middle of Piemont and whenever you have the chance to be there then go to Antico Monastero. Make a reservation and ask for a table on the balcony and you will have a spectacular view. The service is excellent and the menu they served was great and all this for a price of 27€!! If you sit near the windows you enjoy a breathtaking view. dishes faithful to tradition, but with a touch of innovation. excellent raw materials. exquisite preparations. to consider matching with local wines. worthy of note is the service: impeccable, attentive, shrewd and helpful. the property also offers the possibility to stay overnight. Unfortunately, reaching the restaurant is not immediate, but allows you to enjoy the peculiarities of the place. It's worth it!

placed at the top of the hill, the terrace dominates the fields below. excellent and panoramic position, also from the room on the first floor. very good and refined cuisine, staff prepared and very courteous. Besides the ordered dishes, they were also served small appetizers, pre-dolci, as well as a great limoncello. try the agnolotti (exceptional,) even if the portion was more like a starter than from the first, a joke of phenol, good and very fresh, a sorbet to strawberry and basil (fresh) and to finish a cold coffee. all watered by a great red wine. in four, a bottle of wine, 4 waters, 2 starters (battuta,) 3 first (2 agnolotti, 1 crespina,) 2 seconds (cut,) 4 sweets, 4 coffee 180 € roun...
