We opt for the tasting men (35 euros/pers this man does something long because the empacado takes his time, so the tickets are jotified; on Sundays they do not put it for that reason. We start with a carpaccio of deer aromatized with foie and maz, very tasty and light. follow a secret ibric salad, scrambled, great. the risotto of fungi and piones, proud. the octopus to the brazie didn't make me much grace, I would have cut it a little thin so that the heat could get well inside. follow an invention called Ogi-Z that won't make me any marks. The desserts of the spin cake and the cheesecake were a little loose, the truth. I had tried a vinegar sorbet that I remember alive but not now. in return, they have a letter of broad desserts (something expensive) and also the dishes. the wine crumbled. We asked for a yarn (two bull) that was very tasty although its beginning is expected - we have to let it breathe enough -; I went out for 16,50 euros. the wine menu is surprised, something to thank, and with very reasonable prices buy many different wines. the place is nice though somewhat tight because it is not very large; the rural environment helps to relax and walk the food. They also have peaks between hours. recommended from all. top of it being late, they gave us the cafs."

A place out of the ordinary. Surprising for its location. Away from the hustle and bustle but with a natural charm in keeping with its location. Good service and food. Relaxing views. It only lacks one detail that invites in that place, concerts. Jazz type. It would be a hoot. El servicio no sabe por dónde le da el aire . Desde la barra hasta el comedor. 3horas para comer. Ver y no creer. La comida compara con la de antaño nada q ver antes de aperitivo aceite de Álava ahora quinta gama empanadillas de verduras, carpacho de chuleta y txipis congelados con mermelada de cebolla de bote. Emplatado sin gusto en comparación con los pintxos tan laureados q tienen y no se pueden probar. Precio abusivo como las 2laminas de morcilla 18euros Vamos comida a batalla. Una decepción.

"To start with we enjoyed bread, patatas bravas and my husbands pork was delicious. The house red was very good too. Unfortunately my tuna cheek was dry, tough and I could not chew it, it was returned to the kitchen and they responded with its cooked correctly, my husband tasted it and said he normally loves tuna but wouldn’t be able to eat it. As we’d just arrived in the city after a long journey from Caceres I asked for it to be removed from the bill rather than choose something else. This is when the owner/manager insisted we pay in a very aggressive manner and we once again said it was inedible and it is not fair to pay for something that is impossible to eat. He offered a coffee as compensation but I don’t drink coffee. His response was to call the police, within 10 minutes 5 policeman arrived and we were informed that it is best to pay and then write to food standards, as we were leaving early the next morning we obviously couldn’t do this. See Tripadvisor review dated3rd May 2018 by BARR 66 whereby the customer had a similar experience and was not charged for his disappointing main. We’ve ate in many places in the world and have never experienced anything so distressing! We met a lovely young Spanish couple in Velvet bakery the next morning who happened to dine in SUKALKI the same evening as us confirmed that tuna should be served pink in order to retain its flavour and tenderness, they were very sympathetic to our situation."
