I didn't stay at this hotel, but it looks lovely from the outside. The formal gardens are beautiful, and the overall ambiance is really pleasant. However, be aware that it's situated in a rural area, so you'll need a car for transportation. Location-wise, I would rate it a 5! Hotel highlights include a stunning view and a romantic atmosphere.

The included breakfast had a full vegan cooked option with sausages, haggis, beans, mushrooms, tattie scones, vegan yogurts, fruit salad, toast, vegan spread, and various non-dairy milks. For dinner, the separate vegan menu offered a choice of three starters, three main dishes, and two desserts, along with vegan white and red wine by the glass. The food was of excellent quality, delicious, and the service was very professional.
