visited without reservation for an dinner . very welcome. zelt for the 33 € 3 curs menu. excellent quality eat. very friendly staff. relaxing atmosphere, lots of space to eat outside. highly recommended. we look forward to taking the family there next year.

Small restaurant, so make a reservation! Well worth it. The menu is small (3 starters, 3 main coarses (fish, meat, no vegetarion options), 3 desserts) but all well cooked and good tastes. For the kids they made simplified smaller dishes of the same main courses.Service was quick enough. Lovely dinner!

When a party of 6 turn up, unbooked on the busiest night of the week you can't always expect a warm welcome, but the auberge did well, the starters were good, one star being the prawn roll, the mains were universally excellent.Yes the menu is limited, but that's always a solution to a limited kitchen.The quality is excellent and the price including drinks and wine worked out at £30 per head, not bad post brexit! I ate at this restaurant twice in the last month as the menu was so tempting. Everything was lovely from the welcome to the coffee.The well cooked, beautifully presented food was a pleasure to the senses and the short but thoughtful wine list was much appreciated. Try the wine by Claude Lefond-delicious.Booking recommended as this restaurant is developing quite a reputation.On fine evenings the little terrace is lovely-you can eat and watch the world go by in this peaceful spa town.

We were staying around 30 minute drive away and the area does not have many restaurants. This was recommended to us. The menu is very limited, but we translated and choose off the menu that was displayed outside. The wonders of google !!! When the...restaurant opened the menu we were given was different, so we had to make some hasty decisions. Food was only average and lacked the flavours that you would expect in France. Another strange coincidence was we then saw food coming out that wasn’t on the menu!!!! Is there a menu for tourists and one for locals. The server was excellent and she did an amazing job on her own, but we would not return.

A friday night in June and the outside terrace was pretty much full. The menu is limited to 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts, €25 for 2 courses, €29 for 3 and a bit more if you want 3 plus cheese ; maybe €32. I'd much rather this knowing it's freshly made than a huge choice of reheated dishes. Crab pancake roll starter was excellent, as was the tête de veau. Supreme of guineau fowl was cooked just right though could have done with a bit more sauce. Served with crushed potatoes, excellent, and some tasty, if rather small blobs of purée. Some veg would have been nice. My wife had the beef which she said was great, nearly raw as she likes it! Very good crême brulée after. Wine list is mainly... Speisekarte ansehen
