"Service très très long. 12h15 à 15h00 apero compris. Obligé de réclamer le dessert des menus enfants. La serveuse (cependant tres sympathique) nest pas revenue prendre la commande des digestifs apres avoir déposée la carte des différents alcools proposés. Beaucoup trop long entre les plats. Cuisine malgré tout satisfaisante. Petite remarque concernant l'hygiène. La théière n'était pas propre, et lorsque le serveur est sorti des toilettes (dames), il ne s'est pas lavé les mains. "En vacances dans la région, nous avons sélectionné ce restaurant en fonction de ses nombreux avis favorables. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Accueil sympathique et souriant de la part de la responsable de salle, belle décoration intérieure de la salle mais faisant beau, nous avons profité de la terrasse ombragée au bord de la piscine. Les plats étaient goûteux. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous le recommandons sans problème et y retournerons avec plaisir."

"Excellent location in a quiet quadrangle, making eating outside on the patio really quiet with no traffic noises or passes by. The actual restaurant was modern but small, but in summertime outside spaces on the terrace are numerous. We had the three course set lunch...which was very acceptable, a light starter, sirloin steak with vegetables and a peach tart. A meal for two with half litre of wine came to under euros. Expect the meal to be long , but staff very pleasant , would definitely pay another visit."

"This is definitely a restaurant for a special occasion. Everything about it oozes style and quality, from the building itself through the décor, the service by a knowledgeable Maitre D and of course the food. Located along one of the main roads leading out of the town of Marmande, it had only been open just over a year when my wife and I visited it in September 2012. There were two menus available for dinner, a four course menu at 42€ and a more extensive one (menu saveurs) at €60. We opted for the latter and enjoyed a splendid seven courses cooked expertly by Annabelle Boat. We were told that Annabelle had trained in Talence, near Bordeaux and at restaurants nearby. An amuse bouche consisted of melon with mint, sautéed fish ball with creamy vegetable emulsion and a chopped vegetable pate. The starter was pan fried foie gras with a crumble of red fruits and rice flower. This course was highly unusual and exceptional. Next there was a dish of squid horns stuffed with finely diced vegetables cooked in stock and accompanied by octopus. The whole thing was set off by a magnificent fish sauce. A fish course of monkfish served with crispy polenta, tomato, garlic, basil and olive oil which also came with deep fried fennel. The crowning glory was milk fed veal which just melted in your mouth and served with a highly reduced jus, carrots and onion cream. A selection of cheeses is included and we had Roblechon and Tombe. The sweet course was a trio of ice cream in a soufflé coat, a very tasty rum Baba and a chocolate coffee mousse. There is an impressive range of coffees depending on your preference for light, medium or strong. There is a good list of Bordeaux wines and some from Provence if you prefer Rose. Most are in the price range of 15€ to 25€ but there are more expensive bottles if you are a wine connoisseur or want to try out the more prestigious labels. All in all a very fine dining experience produced by a young chef with a real love for her profession."

"Commencer l'apéro sur une table ronde, manger le plat sur une table rectangulaire et finir par le dessert sur une table carrée c'est le concept du restaurant ... Apres s'être faite changer de table car il était IMPOSSIBLE de fermer une porte qui faisait des courants d'air, et s'être fait prendre la moitier de notre seconde table pour une "réservation oublié" nous avons passer la soirée à se demander si on aller manger assez vite pour que Mme la patronne face sont second service. Celle-ci est tellement pressée qu'au lieu de proposer le café, elle l'incite à ne pas le prendre Et pour finir, erreur de caisse en veux tu en voilà. Elle se fait sont propre pourboire en réclament fermement l'argent qu il manque sans vouloir recompter alors qu'il s'agit réellement d'une erreur de sa part. C'est dommage, c'est bon. Mais on y retournera pas !"
