Today was my first visit to RIC The lunch buffet was delicious and well varied Vegan and non vegan were plentiful.

We found this place by chance and decided to stop for lunch. Very good quality and value and very tasty. Was a nice day so we sit on the terrace. Very nice location and I'm sure we'll come back when we visit the area... next year.

I have nothing to reproach for food or the atmosphere on the other hand we were a group of 10 and we all came out with hunger it would have taken much more potatoes is a sausage of much more insufficient quantity and yet we were women Speisekarte ansehen

This place has a good atmosphere and in summer the small terrace offers a fantastic view over the valleys around St Nectaire. The food is delicious, with interesting dishes such as the truffade with the cabbage pork sausage. The service is also very pleasant... and the prices are very good.

This restaurant is in the historic village of Farges 5 minutes from St Nectaire. It offers typical Auvergne dishes cooked to a high standard. Since my wife and I needed a break from potatoes and cheese in the form of aligot and truffade we both had the duck confit which was excellent. A bit outside of Saint Nectaire, this restaurant offers local cuisine refined with the magnificent Saint Nectaire cheese. Especially the Phonsounette is worth a detour, unfortunately served in limited amount on the plate. A touch for cheese lovers: right behind the restaurant you will find the famous Bellonte Farm, which produces an exceptional Saint Nectaire cheese. Count 16 euros total cheese (1.5 kg), which is half as much as in most shops.

Set on the grounds of a farm and troglodyte caves used to make cheese, this little gem is all you could expect from an authentic family inn... Homemade cooking, warm atmosphere, thatch roof, beams, high ceilings. Nothing disappoints. The traditional food is generous and excellent, the team young and enthusiastic, the price reasonable. The waiter who cared for us just joined the team so had lot of pressure on his shoulders yet he was perfectly professional and cheery. Not too much, not too less. Like everything there. We were lucky to get a able that time cause the place was fully booked so in high season, if you want to visit, better book! Speisekarte ansehen
