Poor overall experience, manager rude and unhelpful. Will not be eating here again which is a shame as we have been eating here for many years. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to eat with my partner, we ordered from the midday menu, excellent eating and desserts we both thought that eating was amazing and excellent worth, the service by the waiter was 100% and we waited for long for eating and was much space to social distance, would highly recommend!

This restaurant is excellent in every way. The service is top-notch, the dining experience is perfect for dinner, and the price per person ranges from £20 to £30. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a 5-star rating. Highly recommended dishes include the Mixed Grill. There is plenty of parking available, including a free parking lot.

The manager was a rude arrogant piece of a work, it’s lucky the waitress and waiter were okay as we were about to walk out because of the level of service. We were then told we had to order by a certain time (we went at half 6 with no explanation. There was then very little done in the way of accommodation of our parties preferences on food. And to top it off the steak was more fat than meat and I found a hair in my chips : what a way to spend my mother in law’s birthday meal Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We chose the restaurant after such a positive experience last time but unfortunately there has been a change of management. The new manager, Jay, was rude, arrogant and unhelpful. All the things the previous manager could do no problem could now not be done. The food was also substandard 2 of the 4 steaks were inedible, the burgers were tasteless and one had a hair in it. When we brought this up the waitress just looked at us with no offer to put things right. I have never had such a bad experience in restaurant. I stayed at the Premier Inn next door and decided to try the meal deal, which included a 2-course meal and breakfast the next day. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The burgers were tasteless and the pudding was bland. The breakfast the next morning was also subpar - the hot food was not warm, and the continental section was dirty. The coffee machine looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. When I asked a young man working in the breakfast area to refill the cooked food, he was quite rude and said he would do it when he had time. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant as it is not worth the money or time. Service: 1, Food: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I have dined at this restaurant before and had a good experience. However, this time was terrible. The manager, Jay, was very rude and insisted that we order by a certain time without giving any explanation. They were unwilling to make any changes to the set menus to cater to our needs. The burgers were flavorless and some of the steaks, including a child's portion, were filled with fat. In addition, we found a hair in one of the dishes, but it was dismissed by the staff. We were celebrating a birthday, but it was not a joyful occasion, and we do not plan on returning until the issues with the staff have been addressed. The waitresses were relatively friendly but seemed unsure about the rest...
