Boqueria - Speisekarte

We lived in Madrid for four years and this is quite simply the best and most authentic Spanish food that we have eaten outside of that country. And at a fair price.

I’ve there today in lunch time in Acre Lane branch in Brixton. The service was top 10 and the food was another level in all good ways Thanks to the manager, we’ll definitely come back.

Boqueria is one of my favourite restaurants- The food is delicious and authentic, I can’t get enough of the prawn and goats cheese salad. I always feel really welcome and well looked after there as well and always have an amazing time.

We only discovered Boqueria during the 3rd lockdown and we have been mightily impressed with the food, the portions and the takeaway service is friendly. We will definitely be looking to try out when the restaurant is re-open. Highly recommended.

We were so pleased to return to Boqueria after lock down, and it didn't disappoint! Food was delicious we especially enjoyed the prawn croquetas, suckling pig and octopus. They had a great selection of wine. And the staff were friendly and helpful, as always. We're looking forward to our next visit!

It was another visit to this amazing restaurant in Battersea. For drinks it was Nuviana chardonnay and tapas potatoes brava, chorizo al horno, albondigas (meatballs) and to finish cochinillo asado (just wonderful suckling pig, sweet potato crisps, apple sauce and lime sorbet). For sweets crema catalana and finishing up with cocktails!!

Really sad to give this restaurant such a low review as we have loved it previously! We were excited to return last night but the service was awful. We waited 30 minutes for a drink and longer to order. The service was incredibly slow and one of our dishes took over an hour and a half to arrive. When we asked what was causing the delay we were informed that the kitchen was packed as they were prioritising deliveroo orders! The service and pace of food really impacted our evening and we were left very disappointed with the experience. This used to be our go to place but I’m not actually sure we will now return such a shame!

Since we didn't feel comfortable going on holiday, we decided to bring Spain to us and Boqueria delivered giving authentic, yet innovative Spanish food we know so well. On arrival, it looked like the restaurant was empty, but we were escorted to the back in a light and airy space, with guests nicely socially distanced What did we eat? Don’t come here if your under 18. They will take advantage of your age and think your naive when your really street smart. They will charge you £3 for a glass of water. Do not have the mini burgers, when they say mini they mean MINI. Not worth the money can be swallowed after one bite. The bread was rock hard and tiny even though they charge £3 for it. They tried to trick us into buying even more but we weren’t fooled. As I said above we are really street smart. They charged £6 for service even though they were rude. They could watch you on the toilet from the kitchen. They couldn’t even calculate the bill themselves and left us to do it. Absolutely appalling. I also had a Spanish friend wit...
