Misogynistic toilet policy - unfortunately we did not read the other reviews until we were sitting down and eating.

Très décevant, assiettes non copieuses et non digne d'un restaurant pour un prix très excessif. Le personnel est désagréable, on a l'impression de les embêter dès qu'on leur demande quelque chose. Passez votre chemin !!

I read the reviews, and I realize you are paying premium price for being close to the Louvre and right on the Seine, but we were ok with it. Service was relatively fast and our food was good. My wife and I split a Croque Monsieur (ham sandwich covered in melted cheese) and then got the banana and chocolate crepe, which was outstanding. Positive experience for us! Speisekarte ansehen

Horrible ! Arrivé vers 21h le serveur nous dit que la friteuse et les plaques de cuissons ne marche plus ( alors que la table a coté avait commandé un steak frite !!) nous pouvons choisir que entre glace, croque monsieur ou lasagne). 1er serveur s'a vas souriant polie mais le deuxième impolie, énervant, critiquant ses collègues ( en les traitant d'incompétent)... ensuite le coup de grâce l’addition plus de 120 euros !!!!! A fuir !!!

Close to the Louvre and on the banks of the Seine. We went in at around 21:00 on a Saturday night and the place was quiet.The waiter was very friendly explaining the specials etc and nothing was too much trouble.We had 2 x glasses of wine, 2 cokes and 1 cocktail. In addition we had 1 x toasted sandwich, 1 x quiche, 2 x spaghetti bolognaise and 1 x fries. Total bill was 100 euros.Quite pricey but would have accepted this had the food been excellent. It was average at best. Would not stop here again.

En voyage en famille , nous nous sommes arrêtés au Corona, établissement face au musée du Louvre et sur les quais de Seine Quel vue ! Quel emplacement magique Une pause entre le pont des arts et le pont neuf Un conseil en plat , le super croque monsieur. Au top Serveurs sympa et ouvert Toilettes payantes, mais jetons à disposition de la clientèle Heureusement, et franchement très propre Rien à dire Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dand cette établissements Et franchement une vue sur le Louvre inoubliable Speisekarte ansehen

We had an amazing waiter (who will be visiting in Virginia soon, hope he visits!) and the food was fine. Yes, it is a tourist trap BUT A TOURIST THAT KNOWS THIS GOING IN is always safe. We knew what and how to order. No surprises except that the toilets are pay toilets (20 cents) however our waiter gave us the coinage when it was time to go! Food was great, beer ice cold and I had one of the best beers I have ever experienced here... So, KNOW BEFORE YOU GO! This place is fine but if you are unsure of anything, ask first... EXCELLENT COFFEE and FRENCH ONION SOUP WAS BEST EVER

We were well aware that we would pay a premium for a cafe right along the Sienne, but were bitterly disappointed with the food and the lack-lustre service.I ordered the special of the day, which was a duck version of Shepherds pie. The meal arrived burnt on top, with a side salad of brown lettuce, with a single slice of tomato on top, drenched in the most awful dressing which was pretty much watered down English mustard.Extremely overpriced - I think we paid 9 euro for my wife to have a Coke (which I know is expensive in Paris - but this was ridiculously so)Would not recommend at all, and would steer clear even if you are willing to pat a bit more for the view

You'll go here because of the nice and convenient location - it looks nice and the waiters are quick to pull you in. We were very hot after tramping around and the kids needed a drink so I didn't have much resistance or give it much thought. The kids were thirsty so I opted for medium cokes - this came as pints (not sure what large is) - the waiters took photos, brought 'free' olives and made a lot of jokes. I said to my wife it was going to be expensive - but I was still pretty shocked at 35€ for 5 soft drinks. The problem is this is not the kind of place you read reviews on if you just want a drink. Beware - more reasonable is not far away - I have learnt a lesson at this cafe - know the p... Speisekarte ansehen
