Mala experiencia. Celebración familiar en mesa de doce apretujados. Tiempo de espera interminable. Aperitivo aceitunas y torreznos de mala calidad. 3 de coquinas mal hechas y la cuarta parte sin abrirse. Ensalada de corujos mal aliñada y avinagrada. 500gr de Entrecot de buey llega templado a la mesa. No piensan en la comodidad del cliente Falta persnal e infraestrutura. No volveremos

Tengo familiares en Hoyo de Manzanares y siempre he tenido conocimiento de la fama de este establecimiento. Pero cuando lo visite con mi hermano recibimos un trato pésimo. Tardaron 10 minutos en atendernos. A parte de no nos podían poner para picar raciones. Según me comentó el camarero tenía que hablar con el encargado a ver si nos preparaban algo al estar en hora punta. No nos podían preparar nada. No volveré a ese lugar por la mala experiencia.
