"An evening ruined I actually gave myself 24 hours before writing this review as I have never been angry leaving a restaurant before. To give some balance, it’s a nice restaurant in a nice area and the vibe and waiters were warm and welcoming. It’s probably for this reason that I am so disappointed with what transpired. My wife, kids and I arrived at 21:45 and ordered five dishes. The kids meals came quite quickly which was welcome but my meal was still not with me by 23:15. To be fair the portions were large so I had been grazing and when we saw the kids were tiring and my burger hadn’t arrived we asked if we could cancel it. The waiter told us it was nearly ready and as I ordered it I was happy to have it. The burger came a couple of minute later but must have been rushed from the kitchen as it was raw inside (see picture). To be honest I wasn’t that bothered and turned down the offer of a new one given the time I’d had to wait and the kids were now extremely tired. We asked for the bill and it came with the burger on it. When I questioned why a raw burger (which they accepted was raw) was on the bill they said they offered to cook another and as I turned that down I had to pay. I explained that we’d been waiting by for the burger for an hour and a half and to ask me to wait longer was unfair given the ages of my kids are 6 8. It escalated as I just couldn’t understand why they won’t just take it off the menu and I agreed to pay just to get out of there. It’s ridiculous, if they had taken off the bill I would have left broadly happy and tipped the staff that deserved it but the manager was determined to argue I should pay for something he felt should have been replaced. The food itself was mixed. We had croquettes which were nice but not warm in the middle owing to their size. The kids chicken and chips was covered in a ludicrous amount of seas salt and the tempura was extremely oily. I could have lived with that but not after being forced to pay for such poorly executed food. Reply to your poor response we did not order another burger and eat it, you are mistaken. You asked if we would like another and we said it was too late. We were only 5 min late and we were apologetic, perhaps you are not a family friendly family judging by your response."

Great food, especially we got the sausage salad and the squid on paprika crumbs. the decoration and the atmosphere, maintained to the last detail, we loved. we ate on the terrace and the service was also great.

a beautiful place, decorated with a lot of drop and with a super nice patio for hot nights. the food was great, special mention to the high loin of cow, very delicious. also the attention of the staff gave drip. Very recommended!

Beautiful ambience with awful service. Guests who do not speak Spanish are not welcome here !! The female staff is not friendly and annoyed, not attentive to the guests. We're recommended, but it didn't meet expectations. the dishes were not bad, but for the price you have they did not give the size. the ceviche had almost no fish, it seemed more like a tomato pier. the cod to the pil pil was goose, I don't know if by the way of cooking or by the quality of the fish, but when commenting on it they did not tell us of the account. That says a lot of them and they care about the customer's satisfaction. the attention was good. I hope it improves the quality of the dishes, because the place is very nice.

Very disappointed!, my girlfriend and I went in because we liked the menu that was displayed outside, it was a 12€ menu. We sat down and ordered a pair of drinks, just to find out a few minutes later that the menu was 22€ plus drinks. When I complained, the waiter told us that the 12€ menu is from Monday to Friday and on weekends it's 22€ and that it is written on the board. Now, It is true that it was written but we didn't see it, it was in small letters. It was a Sunday afternoon, you see the menu poster and you would never think otherwise. If the menu is 22€, it should say 22€!. They take the menu poster out and they put it away every day when they open and close the restaurant, they know...
