The food at this restaurant is exceptional, as is the service provided by the very friendly staff. The atmosphere is great and the chairs are comfortable. The dishes are full of flavor and delicious. I would definitely recommend dining here.

It was just about ok, we weren’t greeted on arrival went to the bar and it seemed inconvenient to the staff. The beer was warm and lack of response despite complaining. In this day and age details matter that was hard earned money wasted. Have had better visits, Must do better.

The food is always great here, we’ve never been disappointed. I’ve noticed recently, that their glasses are no longer clean which is rather off putting. I don’t know if there’s a problem with the dish washer or if the staff need better training in how to use it but it does need to be sorted.

Great experience! Bex served us at the bar and she was brilliant with helping me find something i liked (I'm a fussy eater) and something i could eat with my allergies. Great customer service and with a friendly smile. All staff lovely. Food its self was amazing, well cooked by the chefs. All together lovely experience and food.

The food was excellent with no complaints, however the service was extremely slow. Despite pre-booking our meals, we arrived at 5:30 and didn't leave until 8:30, with a 40 minute wait between our main course and dessert. It almost seemed like they were purposely delaying our courses to encourage us to order more drinks. It's unfortunate that such delicious food was overshadowed by the slow service.

I’ve only ever been to Como lounge once, in Worcester and I enjoyed my visit there. I visited the one in Witney today and I forgot how much I love the atmosphere of this place, including decor etc. My partner went for a simple fish finger sandwich, which she enjoyed. I went for the Philly steak ciabatta and WOW, it was delicious!!! Full of flavour and good amount of filling. We both thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Can’t wait to visit again!

Usually very happy with Como Lounge, but not yesterday. My husband and I went with an Enrych group, which organises events for disabled people. We ordered our meal first as needed to be home by 2pm, and the others shortly afterwards. No mention was made of a long wait for food. After 40 mins I enquired as to where our food was, and was told they were very busy and it would be 10 mins. After another 15 mins I went to the bar to cancel our order as we had to get home, but at that point the food arrived, so we stayed. I commented that customers should be told if there was such a long delay and the waitress just shrugged and said they hadn't known when we ordered that it would be that long. No a...

Nine of us made a reservation a few months in advance for a Christmas night out. We paid a deposit and selected our food choices. The reservation was for 7pm, but two weeks before the night we were asked to come at 6pm due to a large party coming in. We were seated away from the main dining area next to the outdoor smoking area. We waited at least half an hour before anyone came to our table. The starters we ordered arrived and were fine, but when our main meals came, only 7 out of the 9 were brought out. It was clear that the missing meals hadn't been cooked with the order.
