The reception and service are excellent, the staff listens, pleasant and very professional. Looks like they like work. When in the kitchen, what to say except that you don't ask to come back, from the fun mouth to dessert, each new dish is an explosion of flavors very well chosen and married together by the kitchen, in quantities of first-aid that seemed weak, but on the whole meal are very well measured.
