Food portions are good, tables are bland and basic. Very basic, pasta was ish... ie not great. Think hearty food not refined here that's good value but will not set your taste buds racing

Me and my friend had brunch with coffee today at cucina cafe, next to the restaurant. Food was tasty, good portion size and staff member was friendly. I have been a few times and will return soon. 10 out of 10.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. There are many vegetarian and gluten-free choices available. The restaurant is clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. They even make the Arrabbiata sauce to your desired level of spiciness. Speisekarte ansehen

The staff was friendly and provided efficient service, but the quality of the food was truly disappointing. The arrabiata sauce was overly sweet and overwhelmed the penne pasta. The Merlot wine was off and undrinkable. The prices were reasonable, but overall the experience was cheap and unpleasant.

We will be back for more after our experience here with friends. Four people and of the four, one was too spicy and three were gold star meals. We had the Arrabiatta with chicken which was probably the best I have ever had. Service was good, price was reasonable. Put it on your list it was so good that I ate before photographing. Oops)

Had a very enjoyable and tasty meal here with the wife tonight. I tried the spicy sausage bruschetta, Pesto and Garlic Chicken breast with veg potatoes and had the strawberry Eaton Mess Sundae for dessert. No picture of the sausage brushetta I think an empty plate says it all, very nice indeed. Wife had the normal Brushetta, Chicken and sweetcorn pizza with chips and Butterscotch waffle for dessert. I had a great experience at this restaurant. It had been a while since my last visit, as I don't live nearby, but I was reminded of how wonderful it is. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. Morag, in particular, was exceptional. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. Thank you, we look forward to returning again soon.

Dreadful service last night. Was out with a group of friends for dinner and when mains arrived my meal didn’t. Manageress aggressively accused me of ordering a different meal which I hadn’t. She then made a big deal of going to the bar and checking the slip the waitress took and proceeded to bring it to our table to show us the slip! I stuck to my guns when she tried to push the wrong dish in front of me and said no I would like what I ordered to be told it would take 20 minutes to prepare. She made no apology for my inconvenience or the lengthy wait for my food. Her attitude is appalling and she needs to undergo training on customer service. I certainly won’t be back.

Very poor, non friendly , slow to attend , did not make any attempt to engage the customer , very slow service. I could go on. Mussels started game with roughly six broken mussel shells, floating in a bath of tomato chopped onion with a few pieces of chilli, no accompanying bread, unceremoniously dumped on the table to start, was not asked if I enjoyed it just lifted when the waiting staff thought I had finished. Our first round of drinks (two cokes and bottle of sparkling water took that long to come we didn't get asked if we wanted another. Main courses tasted nice and was generous in size. First time I have went to an Italian based restaurant and there has not been a tirimisu on the menu.... Speisekarte ansehen
