Really nice small restaurant in the heart of Saignon near the church. I had the pickled herring to start, the braised lamb as a main, and the stewed mirrabelle plums to finish. The kitchen is modern, creative and regional in a triad that is not easy to come up with, the ambience you can sit inside and outside is rather simple.
