Booked a table for 7.00. Turned up at 7.00 to find door’s padlocked and some staff waiting outside. Eventually owner/manager turned up and unlocked. Told us to wait outside(it was raining) and proceeded to reorganise the tables. At 7.20, with no sign of us being seated we left. Did us a favour as we went to another restaurant and had one of the best meals in sometime. Will not return as judging by other reviews, it’s a bit of a lottery what you get. Only gave it 1 star as it wouldn’t submit with none!

When we arrive they attend us doubting if they give us a table or not, with several being free. It was 2:10 p.m. We sat down and waited 5 minutes for them to come ask us to make the order. A tall dark-haired waiter, we had to call another waiter because he went out to the terrace and began to pick up, serve other customers who were already there. We told him that when he could, he would take our order. (Yes, wait a moment!!! He arrives after 10 minutes to order. We ordered drinks and food. I am not going to specify the dishes because it is not worth it. But what if I know that I will not repeat it.

Efficient service, nothing elaborated food and very low quality products. They are not Italian dishes or products and the owners, the kitchen staff and waiters, even less. They scammed the order, they brought the drinks and after a while they served the dishes before putting the table service. When the food arrived, the DISAPPOINTMENT WAS GREAT. We asked for a risotto and they brought a kind of paella that did not reach the normal quality or preparation. The ravioli and gnocchi, packaged, with artificial sauce when canned or tetra brik. That if the prices are quite salty for the null quality of the place and food NOTHING RECOMMENDED Better you eat a sandwich in any supermarket. Speisekarte ansehen
