Been here quite recently to enjoy a lovely lunch with the family. Food and drinks were good and would definitely come back!

We visit here all the time staff are friendly and polite food well cooked and well presented we will definitely be back for more

This morning my wife and I sat for a 3 o'clock. Two amusing Sunday roasts (bef for her, turkey for me). Meals arrived promptly and were hot and tasty. A very decent helping of perfect roasts. As always, the staff was welcoming, polite and professional. Bottom up!

Really good food for our weekend family lunch. Good selection and reasonably priced. Fast, friendly service. THOUGH PLEASE can someone fix the doors from inside to outside! They slam with an almighty bang every time everyone enters or exits not pleasant when you’re sitting...anywhere inside the pub.

we took the dogs after a walk and had not booked, but they found us a nice table with place for the dogs. we had some really great cake served with beautiful veg and allowed us to eat puddings and cold custard served with good sticky toffee pudding. the staff was beautiful, everyone who gave the dogs gave them attention and we had a great lunch.

Went in for Saturday lunch as I like this place and have been many times before, I found the staff friendly enough and the food was nice, I ordered the vegan fish and chips but the waitress said she never had it, that is the 3rd time, i ordered this dish just to say they sold out, i ask if they really stock it vegan and if they can do it, that they order more, the only other problem was the constant Gates,

My husband and I visited April 23 with friends and we had an identical experience with a review posted March 2022. Two of us ordered the avocado and the cocktail and the order was taken. After the meal we discovered that there was no avocado in the avocado and prawn cocktail. We immediately told our waiter they hadn't been able to get any for months to which my husband Tesco replied saying they always stock them and we told him we should have said if we ordered it. It doesn't sound like the message was received to the kitchen by Greene King and waiting staff! Speisekarte ansehen
