"I sat here for breakfast. ordered a hot chocolate and coffee we waited for 20 minutes. the waitress was polite and apologised for the delay. we ordered 2 breakfasts with toast side. When the breakfast came up, it was cold. the waitress went to foot. we told her both were cold. she apologised and said she would get 2 fresh. within a few minutes another waiter came to the table with eating again and said the cook would have given us an extra sausage. the beans in a pot, so clearly placed in a microshaft. the sausages that one was cold and the other normal ones we think our tellers had also gone straight into the microwave. when I looked at the egg, I had cut mine before when I said it was cold. but when my man had eaten his ice, it had been cut. so not fresh substitute breakfast at all, clearly mixed in the microwave and teller! the toast was warm. £25 for 2 cold breakfasts! in the microshaft heated! will never come back here. drinks were either not excessively hot the photo was attached the bottom of 2 of the egg not very appetit."

Breakfast at Frankie and Bennys is always the perfect start to our spa break and shopping trip. The food is fantastic, well cooked and just enough, and Sammy is always there to serve us with a smile and a chat. She remembers us and makes...us feel so welcome. Visited for an early lunch with my 2 daughters. Drinks and food were served very promptly by a polite friendly waiter. I had the vegan burger which was delicious I wish I’d have asked for the recipe! My girls had pizza and the...meatballs, both dishes were polished off and followed by warm brownie with ice cream. We will certainly return!

For some reason I don't go to Frankie and Bennys often, the last time I went was over 2 years ago and I remembered the food being amazing and being served by the nicest lady ever. Today when I returned the food was once again...amazing but the waitress that served us was the same as those 2 years ago, you just don't forget kind helpful and patient staff. Sammy was so lovely and made our stay very enjoyable. We will be returning as a family sooner next time.

The food at this restaurant is extremely overpriced and well below average. The quality has significantly declined compared to before. The burgers were served lukewarm and accompanied by cold, rubbery fries. The desserts seemed to have been overcooked in the microwave. They do not handle dietary restrictions or allergies well, and the staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful. Overall, the customer service was lacking. We will not be returning to this establishment. I know that we are tricky to cater for being both gluten free and dairy intolerant but we were told that there was options. We chose after a long search to have a gluten free pizza with ham and vegan cheese.we were told it came...with a jacket pot as chips were not gf. Pizza arrived like a piece of cardboard with thin topping middle still frozen no jacket not an option after all pizza returned to defrost came back again still cold at this point gave up as rest of family finished.rpositively dangerous to serve half frozen hot food at such high prices too.never again.

I went to this restaurant with a group of 8 during the Easter weekend. To be honest, the atmosphere was very nice with only about 6 tables, including ours. However, the service was incredibly slow. I would understand if it was busy or if there were only 4 servers, but for the small number of tables, it was unacceptable. The food was also disappointing. The potato skins were not crunchy, they were soft, lukewarm, and lacked flavor. The main dishes were slightly better, but not by much. The waitress did not come to check on our meals until 7 or 8 of us had finished eating. When ordering drinks and going through the menu, the waitress seemed to struggle to understand and kept suggesting cocktai...
