"For my daughter’s birthday she chose to have breakfast with family and friends at Frankie and Benny’s and we were really well looked after. There is free parking here and it is adjacent to the restaurant which is on the perimeter of Crown Point North shopping centre. We received a warm welcome and a table for ten was waiting for us. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was good. Ellis was our waiter and he was courteous, polite and friendly for the duration of our visit. I felt that they could have benefitted from more resources at times, as the restaurant got busy at one point and Ellis and his manager seemed under pressure. But the food arrived in decent time and was all delicious. Drinks were sometimes a little slow arriving but we were kept informed. The vegan and vegetarian fry ups were lovely. Ellis kindly brought out a birthday cake for my daughter and allowed us to use ten plates and forks which was appreciated. All in all we spent two hours in the restaurant, we felt looked after and everyone enjoyed their breakfast."

I recently had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent with a very polite and courteous server who made the visit special for myself and my granddaughters. I will definitely go back with them in the future. Speisekarte ansehen

I’m uber driver and I’m never gonna come here again. When i showed my order no. The guy over there with small beard said wait outside and don't waste my time, he was like he is gonna fight with me . I’m all shocked how such big restaurants can work with such rude behaviour.

We visited at lunch time on an occasion where the staff probably outnumbered the customers. Despite this, service was so phenomenally slow that we considered leaving. When the food arrived it was of abysmally poor quality undercooked and greasy. I can't figure out how it manages to be so poor with so many staff working at a given time.

The Food was nice, the staff was extraordinary. But the Manager was completely off. Keeps following the staff around makes them visibly uncomfortable. He was dressed completely inappropriate. His belly was looking out of his shirt. Not exactly what I want to see at a restaurant. Loved our visit, treated our parents for birthday/mothers day. Food was delicious, service was great and it was a really nice chilled atmosphere. I only put 4 stars for food as I had the half rack of ribs which came with fries and a small corn on the cob. Presentation wise, it could have been better, a few less fries and maybe a side salad and pot of slaw would have lifted it a bit, but taste wise, can't fault it! Definitely recommend!

We have always received excellent service at this restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience today was disappointing. After waiting for 45 minutes at our table without anyone taking our drinks or food order, we decided to leave. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed, as we only saw two staff members working. Despite this, I do not blame the staff as our previous experiences with the service here have been great. It was a wasted 45 minutes, but we hope to have a better experience next time.
