"The food quality and presentation at this restaurant were terrible. The rack of ribs was cold, greasy, and drowned in lukewarm BBQ sauce. The meat looked undercooked with fatty strips hanging off the bone. The cold chips were haphazardly thrown on the plate. It was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend it. Even after expressing our concerns to the waitress, she just smiled and thanked us. It had been years since I last visited Frankie Benny's and after this experience, I will not be returning. It felt like a waste of £40. Service: Dine-in."

The restaurant was spotless. However, the butter balls were quite unappealing. They were served to us as soon as we sat down, and they were swimming in so much butter that it turned us off from the main course.

I started off with calamari as an appetizer, followed by a spicy pasta dish and ice cream for dessert. My friends ordered steak and ice cream as well. We all enjoyed our meals. Our server was friendly and attentive, although I didn't catch his name. Overall, we were three satisfied customers. Keep up the good work. The atmosphere was pleasant, with music that was not too loud but still enjoyable.

"my curry was so good that I had to write a 5-star review about it! I came at 5 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon, which was absolutely perfect, only a few other people come in and out during this time, which played for a very relaxing experience with the music. I ordered the sweet potato and lenses curry, which absolutely die, and very decent price. very friendly waitress and bar staff, I would encourage everyone to visit."

"To find this pub is easy because there are convenient signs from the main road up to the place. We called in for a drink and decided to stay for an evening meal. The food was excellently presented and very tasty. I had pork tenderloin with the most lemony flavoured mushrooms I have ever eaten it came with dauphinois potatoes and a salad. The potatoes were cooked to perfection but the salad was just too much to eat. My wife had liver and bacon casserole with vegetables and new potatoes and again it was delicious but the portions exceeded our appetites. The service was reasonably quick and very friendly and it certainly is a place we would eat in again if we were in the area. A warm welcoming pub with great food. Well worth a visit.p.s. Apparently there are two pubs with the same name in this area. We will have to visit the other one some time to compare."

"Coffee was fine, food arrived quickly and was fine, good eggs, beans, toast and hash browns plus veggie bap. Very low quality catering sausages, though. Service was really strange. The American guy on the till was really friendly and efficient. Top marks to him, and to the woman who served our food to the table. 3/4 staff members were very helpful, friendly and efficient. However …. The female, young, member of staff wearing a vest top was *extremely* rude to a lady sitting next to us upstairs, who was completely minding her own business and was charging her phone. Lady had bought a cake and a coffee…."

"I visited whilst on a Christmas trip out supporting a service user. The person lives in a care home where I work. The restaurant setting was lovely with room to walk to seats without disturbing other diners. Would not be as accessible for wheelchair users. The meals were delicious and service perfect. Unfortunately this ended when I came to pay the bill. I had not been informed that the venue was cashless. Payment would only be accepted by card. As the service users I support have learning difficulties they do not have access to bank cards. I explained this to the server who said I would have been told that it was card payment only when I arrived which hadn't been the case. I was able to pay by cash as authorised by the manager but would not be able to have any change. I left feeling very disappointed with Prezzo and will not be returning. The establishment cannot seem themselves as an inclusive dining establishment as there are plenty of service users whom cannot enjoy a meal at their restaurant due to being a cashless setting. It turned an enjoyable experience into an embarrassing one which left us paying more for our meals."
