Very nice, half ribs and hunters chicken, and they take the blue light card which was a bonus, as we didn't know until we got there

The service was excellent especially considering they were on skeleton staff. There is a great selection for vegetarians as well as the meat eaters in our family.

I went to a nice meal tonight with my family and eating was amazing. it came quite fast and the server recommendations not disappointed. I think her name was nicole and she was very friendly and made many sweats that let us laugh! very enjoyed

very busy at night, but the staff was happy. it took one because for the orders, but that was just because of the fact that they were busy. ordered the steak and it was perfectly cooked as I had asked and tasted wonderful. the staff was very polite and even when they were walking around them, they still found time to thank us when we went and offered us to look up.

Went there recently for a little ones birthday and the service was incredible. The food was fantastic (the toddler actually enjoyed something that wasn't cucumber or pringles! Thank you for that! And the staff were fantastic. Emily, our waitress, was brilliant and the little one totally fell in love with her. Emily definitely deserves some kind of bonus for the brilliant job she's doing! Thank you!

large eating, atmosphere and everything has made better by the brilliant service. we had a slight problem with our party size and not only were we accommodated, but treated as proper guests should. the waiter we had was fantastic. a young man named reece. he has sorted out everything and nothing was too much annoyed. he even helped us save some money by proposing to buy wine from the bottle instead of the glass. an excellent experience around. we're coming back.

we visited frankie bennys tonight for a quick bite to eat with friends. I'm in the regular not one to write reviews, but since the pandemic, all I've experienced is a bad customer service to the point that everywhere I go, I find everyone is rude. When we came to this restaurant tonight, we were served by kiah, she was polite and welcoming! I actually felt shocked how beautiful it was and how good the service looked at the mentality of most people in these days. so a massive thanks to kiah that they look around us and put my faith back in the humanity.

excellent experience, this was our first family outing in the seven weeks since our Grandson Matty passed away, Tim our waiter made the night, he was just lovely, Matty's sister has not really smiled or laughed but Tim had her belly laughing and smiling, she is still smiling now, it was a great evening food was first class, atmosphere superb, very clean, cannot thank the staff enough, although they didn't know our situation till we told them, they treated us like we were the only family there, but wee noticed they did it to every table, thank you so much well worth a visit we will defo be going back.

We haven’t been to a Frankie Bennys for years but called in on a random wet Sunday for lunch. No booking but we’re seated straight away, drinks order taken immediately brought over before we’d even gotten our coats off. We shared the starter for 2 which was really good, probably the highlight of the visit. The mains were quick to follow were really tasty filling. Would have loved a dessert but were too full, will do next time though. The drinks were refreshed during our visit, the staff were polite prompt. Looking forward to coming again!
