Frankie Benny - Speisekarte

Ordered a bird box delivery, chips were Luke warm, and the chicken burger was undercooked. Rang restaurant to complain and was told to complain through Uber eats or return the food?? Member of staff wasn’t particularly helpful.

Absolutely shocking staff were rude to us from the moment we arrived whilst sat waiting we were made to feel very uncomfortable and then the food arrived which was not nice and when we asked for the bill we were asked cash or card which we replied cash and then the waitress was rude again and said are you paying or not sadly we won’t be eating here again

4 adults and 2 young children went here for the 1st time in a couple of years and the food was really really good. Pizza was amazing, bolognaise was good, dirty dog chicken burger were all really tasty. Not sure why we stopped using this but the food was never this good, so may have won us back. Only 1 fault was the kids pasta was not good at all. Aleksandra our waitress was really helpful, attentive and worked very hard and is a credit to this restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen

Went for a friends birthday meal, expected the worst as last time I was here was years ago back when I was little I’m now 21. I can gladly say it was really good! I ordered a cheeseburger with chips and every bit of the burger was delicious and the chips were spot on, ate the lot. Then for pudding I had brownie with ice cream and this was sickly but so good, didn’t manage to eat all of it due to how rich it was but still good. Overall I’d give this restaurant a 8.5/10

My husband I came here for breakfast. We haven’t visited this place in years, it used to be our favorite place, however over the years it went down hill, so we stopped coming. We decided to give breakfast a go unfortunately it was a little disappointing the pancakes weren’t very nice neither was my hot chocolate. Years ago they did waffles which were delicious but unfortunately they weren’t on the menu. The waitress, ambiance decor however all lovely. We may come for dinner one evening to see how that compares.

Fantastic service ! Jenny is fantastic! As soon as we were seated Jenny came over and took our drinks order and let us gloss over the menu. Jenny advised me on the few questions I had on the menu. She even talked me into ups along the garlic bread to the cheese version omg it was awesome. The service throughout was outstanding and probably one of the most reasons I would return oh and the food was piping hot and delicious. I do however wish they made better desserts. Amy was fantastic and went above and beyond. We visited as a family and had a mixture of steaks to pasta to burgers. We had a few specific requirements and changes to one of the meals, Amy made a note of these and even came back a few moments later to make sure there were no other changes we hadn’t thought of (seasoning on the steak, mushrooms in a bowl on the side). The food came out perfect! My Nan can be a little bit particular at times and she even said that she was super impressed and loved every bite! Went here with a friend for dinner today. The service and food was excellent, as close as it gets to perfection. Our server and the other staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive at all times. The staff were passionate about providing the the best dining experience, and that is certainly what we had today. For example, as one of our cokes happened to be a bit flat (which can happen anywhere), our server happily replaced it and apologised profusely. He made it not awkward in the slightest. The food was amazing, all 3 courses were delicious. Recommend the ribs, they tasted great and the portion size was very impressive and filling, much bigger than what you would get in other UK restauran...

a week after our previous visit to francie benny we were again in honor of the birthday of our daughter and in the society of some of her school friends. strangely, the menu had changed the price increases, but our server was as helpful and seemingly unlikely for the general screeching and chaos that was our table. Once again, the mozzarella sticks were delicious, although I must say that I prefer to share them! a light disappointment on the menu was that disappearing my trusted lemon-tart desserts, although the crumb sign shows that it can fill the gap.
