yesterday I visited my second and can not recommend the place and the staff enough, we were with two children and the staff was so good with them to find out what they wanted to eat and drink and nothing was too much annoyed. our meals were delicious and the portions were huge.

We were suggested to try this café in a nearby shop. I have celiac disease and follow a gluten-free diet. They were very accommodating and thoroughly checked all the ingredients and contaminants. I enjoyed a brie and cranberry sandwich on gluten-free bread, followed by a delicious slice of lemon drizzle cake. They also offer takeaway options and sell jams, pickles, and other items.

I had no idea that this place existed on its own, it had a cool secluded vibe! I loved walking along the narrow passage and down the old narrow staircase. It truly is a hidden gem! The restaurant is small, but that's part of its charm. It feels like an old root cellar, which is brilliant! The ambiance is cozy, dimly lit, and a perfect hideaway from the outside world. The staff was friendly and the food (which was fabulous by the way) and drinks were served promptly. The restaurant was full and more people were coming in!
