Halfway House Pub - Speisekarte

Seven of us walked here for a late lunch after a longish walk around Conkers. Good beer, friendly service and great food.

The most amazing food, definitely recommend the steak open sandwich for lunch! Amazing place to stop en route from a walk. Lovely beer too!

I visited with a friend for food on Italian night, the welcome by the staff was lovely upon arrival. We were looked after throughout, checking on us regularly for drinks. Food was outstanding, I’d over ordered so could not finish. Looking forward to my return visit soon. Great little pub Speisekarte ansehen

My friend and I had dinner at the Halfway House today, and we were impressed by the fresh and delicious food and the welcoming staff. Ever since Mitch and Brad took over ownership of the pub, the atmosphere has been amazing. They are all so friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good service, friendly staff . Food is excellent this is our 3rd visit having tried the steak sandwich and the fish finger sandwich from the Saturday lunch menu and then coming for the amazing Sunday lunch. All the food is fresh and cooked to order and plentiful, the staff are friendly service is good as is the atmosphere

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Halfway House. The food was excellent and the service, particularly from Sam who looked after our table, was top-notch. We had an amazing experience at this restaurant for Mother's Day lunch. There were 8 of us in our group and we were very impressed with the fantastic food and great service. The staff was friendly, the food was well-presented, hot, delicious, and there was plenty of it. The 3-course menu offered great value for money. We will definitely recommend this place to others and can't wait to visit again.

Wow!!! Just had the haloumi fries to start and the fillet steak with peppercorn sauce for my main. Absolutely amazing!! Wife had the arancini balls and black and blue chicken which I obviously had some of which again did not disappoint. I could cut my medium rare steak with a butter knife. It was so tender and full of flavour. Service was great and attentive compliments to the chefs. Highly recommend a visit. I will be back again very soon to work my way through the menu!!!

Visited just after new year, we were regulars for about 3 years, food and drink , could not believe how grubby the place was at this visit , it did not start well as the barman did not know what a rum and black was !!??... what was worse was the smell of damp mould hit you when you walked in, we did order drinks and went into both rooms, in the rear room there were very small children running around , one with a dirty nappy.. which the parents seemed oblivious to ..we left our drinks and went , a shame as we used to enjoy it there Speisekarte ansehen
