"Our tour of the countryside was completed by a stop in Fougeres, France at Le Haute Seve, where we enjoyed a memorable evening. The decor is interesting, modern and quirky, and the food was quite delicious, presented beautifully by our amazing server Adrian. (not sure...of the spelling of his name). Overall, quite delightful! We ordered three different fish entrees, each with a seasoning and vegetable enhancement. The deserts were also spectacular-the best ever creme brulee and an apple tart with fresh Granny Smith apple sorbet. I am in heaven!"

Very good restaurant. Do not look for the menu because it is celons morning shopping. That's a fee. I love and highly recommend.

beautiful place, nice room, smile and efficient service. Only one proposal a week, but I loved it all! nice presentation of the dishes, the flavors are well present. a little expensive to make my daily life, alas!

lunch from the noon: very nice menu....Small endives dinner with soft gizzards and stalk tarts (the seasoning is a little fade) then finely cooked eglefin fillets with pear al dente cabbage and crane potatoes (the crustacean coulis is good but reduced to the congrue portion.) dessert, this menu includes half a bottle of mineral water and a very good coffee with its small chocolate brand. Remarkable!!!!!! Really to recommend without reservation. environment and impeccable service
