Exceptional welcome, friendly and attentive staff and with humor! Ideal location in Chaumont near the castle and gardens. We tested and approved the family room, ideal for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children), comfortable, equipped, quiet. The restoration is also of high quality, we have enjoyed it. Breakfast also excellent and very hearty. All this with excellent value for money. Anyway, nothing to say, 20/20!

A menu (28€) and menus. Welcome and perfect service. Very interesting agreements in dishes and desserts. I really liked the fish of the day, a black place and its risotto rice path with leeks. Very nice agreement between the spices of the seed cake, the fig and the mint. Only regret: not having asked the address of the supplier of rillettes in mouth amuse!
