Absolutely brilliant!! Food's are amazing ,staff very friendly. Absolutely love they salt and pepper dishes.Chips are home made,taste brilliant. Definitely will go there again.

Walked in 30 mins early and got seated straight away. Ordered four person set meal. Course after course came out and all ingredients tasted fresh and hot. Service was excellent and staff were pleasant and helpful.

Food quality great. Last night I had the chicken and sweet corn soup followed by the beef in black bean sauce with egg fried rice. All the dishes were fresh and full of flavour. Service was spot on, and very welcoming. Speisekarte ansehen

Tucked in the corner of the market square. This great little Chinese was recommended by our B B host. Small restaurant takeaway. The accommodated us a walk in on Sunday night. I had Chicken chowmein and my husband had the mixed vegetables in black bean sauce. Both were delicious. Great service with a smile.

A marvellous little place that really doesn’t stand out tucked away in a corner of the market square. That said the food and service speaks for itself. The food was fresh ,in large portions and very tasty. Great value .We were pleased with everything and our visit made a rainy and flood affected journey worthwhile.

I ordered my food within minutes of the restaurant opening and was given a collection time . Turned up at the collection time to have a 10 min wait , and upon getting the food home 2 min car journey over half the food was too cold to eat , as if it had been cooked and left standing whilst the rest was finishing. On our recent visit to Thirsk we decided to ignore the negative comments about this restraunt and boy are we pleased we did. We started with a share plate for two absolutely excellent I followed with prawn with cashew nuts and my husband had the beef in black bean sauce along with a side of egg fried rice and a portion of chips. The portions were more than ample and every morsal was delicious. The staff were very attentive and lovely. To Top it all off the prices are very reasonable too. We will return. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely place.

We had a Birthday dinner to organise locally where all four of us love Chinese food, being Cantonese or Mandarin, we’re not fussy. The only Chinese “restaurant” in Thirsk is the Hung Moey. So following extensive research (Reading Tripadvisor reviews) we decided with so many favourable positive reviews we would book. Have to say not disappointed. Mixed Appetisers to start, Peking Aromatic Duck second course followed by Charsu Fried rice and Chicken fried rice, Crispy Beef, Szechuan Chicken and Singapore Style Chow Mein. Plenty to go at. saw the flyer in our holiday cottage for this chinese resturant in the village, phoned on a friday night to book and table and as we were eating early we got a place, not a posh fancy place by any means, but clean nd fresh inside, the waitress was lovely, i think she was polish, she went out of her way for us and we were very grateful, she advised us on the menu and we were not dissapointed, started with two bowls of chicken and sweetcorn soup, then she brought a big bowl and ladel for us to help ourselves, the crispy duck and pancakes followed and it looked like a half a duck the portion was so big, i had sweet and sour chicken next and husband had king prawn curry, there were at least 10 k...
