Extremely disappointed. Today, 2 days before our reservation, we were informed by phone that the restaurant would have to cancel our reservation that we had made on November 13th. the staff of the room should be more fluent in English . we could not understand if we could drink the late hour or if it was still possible to dine being guests of the hotel the arcades . Moreover being with public characters we felt also judged as to want to say if we mirrored or not the profile we have on social media .

from a starry restaurant the wait is hungry. we took the degotation menu and, as happens in a hungry, the choice is the same for the whole table (we were on the course well, on the service, we are not: between a course and the other waiting times are excessive also minutes it is very unpleasant to be completely forgotten once the degotation is over. service to be reviewed. interesting chef dishes.

Well, what can you say about this place? At least once in life you have to eat. 1 michelin star, classy room but with a warm welcome. the menu smells of Bolognese tradition, the intree and the small pastry shop are a true declaration of love for bologna. I ate the most good growing of my life. from the menu my favorite dish is blue axe... a show. two degoting menus. 5 dishes 110€, 7 dishes 150€. But I think you might find some kind of deals on the fork.
