"I'm really not one for complaining but my anger at the treatment I received in this restaurant is such that I feel I need to vent it as much as possible and let anybody considering eating here know how the management feel about paying customers. We came here with friends to celebrate our engagement and had a very pleasant lunch with great service. Then after we had paid we were approached by the manager and very rudely told we really had to leave now as he needed the table. We had no prior request to do so but we eat out all the time and are well aware that this is often asked of diners. Do not have a problem with this. Where my problem lies is the way we were spoken to and humiliated in front of a busy restaurant. He then went on to call us liars, argued with us and his response when we said we wouldn't be back was well don't be back We were basically dumped onto the pavement after paying for lunch. I hate having to complain and I'd rather fix problems when they occur but there was no talking to this arrogant little man. I read reviews all the time to make restaurant choices and I hope the management of this place realise that if you treat customers in such a shocking way that we can actually do something about and make others aware of what to expect. There is a vast array of other dining options in Glasgow so choose wisely and give your hard earned money to people who work for it and truly appreciate your custom."

Had a wonderfully delicious meal again, at Italian Kitchen. This is a favourite too of my son's, when he visits me from England. The freshness and the flavours ..no words to describe how appetizing they are. Service is exceptional too, and I live next to it...fantastic.

Visited here yesterday before going to a gig. I have always enjoyed this restaurant and have never been let down but I do tend to forget about it when I’m looking for somewhere to eat in town. Food and drink is reasonably priced. We each had a main course and a few drinks and everything was perfect. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Speisekarte ansehen

we were out to celebrate the graduation ceremony of my wife and both children have heavy food allergies on nuts, drowned and husked. we were a party of eight and the service was excellent. friendly, efficient and very welcoming. eating was excellent, like the price-performance ratio. the allergies were a problem as they had noticed them and treated the instructions of the children well. that is a really big thing when a member of her party suffers from them. we love the Italian cuisine and will be back.

the Italian cuisine was written due to the fact that it was close to an event I also went. very nice greeting from the personal it was a cold wet day outside, although we are now in the mai, but the restaurant was warm and very cozy. when I booked, I didn't know that there was a set menu it was £11,95 for 2 courses and the choices were very good. we shared a starter and a dessert our main courses were nice good portion size (we had the seafood pasta and the arrabiata) we shared the cheesecake, which was amazing the best cheesecake I tasted. we'll be back soon. well made to all employees the Italian cuisine is probably the best Italian restaurant that I was in glassgow.
