Joshua Tree - Speisekarte

The service was friendly and the restaurant had a relaxed ambience. The menu was interesting and the food was delicious, we all had a masala dosa which was great.

Just visited the Joshua Tree for a friend's birthday. What an amazing place ! Great food, great staff and most of all great atmosphere !!! We'd highly recommend this place and our waiter Alex was brilliant

Absolutely superb food with very interesting menu and specials. A few old faithfuls such as steak and kidney pies home made are some of the best I’ve had. Great draught beers available. Staff are brilliant. Speisekarte ansehen

Food tasted lovely. Hot and freshly made. Great staff. Would recommend to anyone thinking of trying out this place. Only negatives were choice of drinks and time waiting for food could of been better. However it was full up so may just of been unlucky with the wait for food. Would not stop me from going again or recommending to others.

A wonderful evening celebrating a special friend’s Birthday. The South Indian food was tasty, flavoursome very authentic, we loved the dosas, curries sides, it was like tasting the flavours of our recent trip to the Kerela region. Very friendly helpful staff who recommended dishes which were perfect so flavoursome. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

This was the first time we had visited since the new owners took over. Good friendly atmosphere. The laminated menu was lacking in information about the heat or spiciness of the individual dishes. The waitress tried her best, but had obviously not tasted the food on the menu. The food we ordered, which we were told wasn 't very spicy was far too hot for us. We would have appreciated a 'hotness ' rating symbol as is common in other Indian restaurants. Speisekarte ansehen

Went in June for my 80th birthday with the family. Had the evening a la care menu and it was glorious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. It’s not the cheapest, but who cares when the quality is so good? Went for the Sunday roast at lunch time yesterday with our dogs and this was just like a home cooked roast. Excellent! We were all made really welcome, (even the dogs were given their own blanket! , the service was great, and gluten free really well catered for. Many thanks.

Went with family to celebrate a birthday. First time we had been and what can I say.... The service was excellent by Isabelle and food was EXCEPTIONAL... fantastic chef dare I say probably one of, if not, the best meals we have had, having eaten in various restaurants around the world. 2 of us had the liver and bacon, the liver was tender, the bacon thick. Another had the beef bourguignon and the beef as tender as possible, and finally the stuffed chicken came as 2 large chicken breasts stuffed with croutons, spinach, garlic, smoked bacon and cashew nuts, with a delicious tarragon beurre blanc sauce, oh and not forgetting the dauphinoise potatoes. Definitely will call again. 10/10

Having visited the Joshua Tree prior to it becoming an Indian restaurant, I had high hopes! Sadly these hopes were dashed rather quickly. Popadoms, were a tad soft, tandoori prawns mushy, Chicken 65 fried and dry, lamb chops small, however the chilli beef was the saviour of the starters! Mains were ordered, warm plates set out and there we sat. To pass the time more drinks were ordered however we had to chase as they were not forthcoming unlike the takeaway orders which were flowing out of the kitchen at regular intervals.
