Good location in the middle of the main road, good food, friendly and attentive staff, lovely weather so sat in the garden

Brilliant staff, manager, the atmosphere was great and welcoming Even the people within who were there were very welcoming too

A warm welcome. A great pint. 10 out of ten. Loads of entertainment being arranged for the future. Sunny beer garden out back. Just what a local pub should be like.

Amazing, friendly pub. Mark, the bartender/host,has been patient and did an excellent service all alone. Very calm and polite. It was an amazing dinner. We will definitely come again.

Had a fantastic meal tonight at the king charles Ross-on-Wye very reasonably priced, veggie burger was amazing never had a burger like it. Highly recommend going there. Very polite and friendly staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips and steak and ale pie at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and the overall experience exceeded our expectations compared to previous management. The cozy atmosphere of the pub makes it a worthwhile visit.

With friendly polite staff , the food was lovelywe can't wait to go again next time we probably go on a Thursday for steak night . we went on Tuesday which is burger and pint night ,my husband wanted to Wednesday but I don't like curry so couldn't make the most of of that special.we are booking a couple of table over the festive period to as there set menus for this period seem good value for money .

Don't judge a book by its cover - the exterior may not be much to look at, but once you step inside, you'll be greeted warmly by Brendan, the owner. My mother and I opted to dine in the garden area and were delighted with the delicious food brought out by the talented chef. We returned in the evening for karaoke and came back the following day for another meal. We can't wait to visit this area again and revisit this charming establishment. It's heartwarming to be so welcomed by all, especially considering our age range (60s and 80s).

We often go to Charlie's in Ross and are always greeted warmly. The manager, Aaron, is very friendly. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms. The food and drinks are of excellent quality and variety. Sometimes they light a fire, which creates a cozy atmosphere and makes it a great place to meet friends, especially on a cold evening. There is a jukebox where you can play your favorite music. We have enjoyed participating in the Sunday quiz and have always had delicious meals without any complaints. We would recommend this pub to everyone, including our furry friends.
