"We had long been to come to this restaurant with friends who had recommended it to us. So with his friends there and to celebrate the 35 years of meeting my couple and despite a snow that fell in abundance, we were at the restaurant "La Crémaillère "Sunday 28 November 2021for 12:30. Well, what a surprise with a fabulous meal, tastefully above many of the restaurants we usually visit. I ate St. James in deliciously well cooked entrance, followed by a net of salmon knight, how to say... just divinely delicious and to finish with a gourmet coffee the best eaten to this day. The all watered with a Val de Loire Chardonnay Blanc that eventually you comfort in the idea that you are in a very high-level restaurant with an excellent chef cuistot.
