"Dinner in this restaurant was a great experience. the place is at the foot of the castle of knees and the atmosphere is magical. the strong point however is the menu, several interesting dishes proposed by a chef really passionate from his work. with excellent research and excellent dialectic in illustrating the dishes and their history. I tried different dishes. good sliced meat and cheese. fantastic goose carbonara pasta. performed well with a cream to lick the mustache. very good also the second: I chose the belly of grey (pigstick) with chocolate and lettuce. it melted in the mouth and had a great balanced goto. it was also served with mustard in grains, very strong of its, but got along with the rest balanced the overall goto. excellent also the dessert: cheesecake to the fruit of passion. a very good and fresh dessert. I also tasted other dishes from the menu: fantastic the tunaed calf, bottarga, hazelnuts and coffee. really recommended! online account with the high level of the kitchen."

Cucina ricercata e raffinata, con punte di sapore altissime (la maionese sublime, il sorbetto al lampone squisito). Peccato per le porzioni a volte troppo ristrette. Personale attento, preparato e cortese. Location deliziosa e caratteristica, nel cuore del borgo del castello di Querceto. Sicuramente da provare.

the restaurant is located at the foot of the castle knees, quiet and quiet atmosphere really seems to be in another era. nice and simple place but the true flagship of the place is the chef! traditional dishes revisited and appetizing, all really delicious! I enjoyed the explanations of his dishes that the chef himself lent himself to give us, he was very kind and sent us love for his work. We'll definitely come back.

We stayed in this village overnight and decided to have dinner rather than make our own. It may have been one of the best choices we made all week. The staff is very friendly and did a very good job sleeking English in order to answer any questions. The food looked (and tasted) excellent. The atmosphere, in a 1000 year old castle? Paired dinner with the local wine. Just a wonderful experience. Loved it and would go again in a heartbeat.
