"beautiful establishment, well decorated room in a chic bourgeois style, pleasant patio with exposed stones and fountain. professional staff, attentive to the client. service of standing: the composition of the dishes is indicated, individual breads to choose from, picking of the crumbs, white tablecloths. several wines with glass at 5€: good white Charente and good rosé Provence. 1st menu at 32€ (or 27€ with flat or flat-dessert). Amuse-bouche served even without aperitif (3 for each) a pre-entrance. In the entrance we chose the langoustines (with pistachio oil and melon/serrano tartare), then in flat the back of cod mousseline fennel and radish, for dessert the gourmet coffee and the Paris-Brest. Disappointing desserts: in the gourmet coffee, the macaron's hull was dry and the Paris-Brest cabbage paste had not been lifted, it was flat and the cream had a hot blow it would seem. little taste elsewhere.
