"stolpernde removal from the wine museum with seat in chateau aigle, they would assume that this restaurant would be a tourist place with limited richness. the menu is their first note that they are for another experience. classic dishes perfectly executed like bone marrow...with a side salad you can find beside trimmings of really good quality Swiss beef and imported rarities like kangaro! secondly, as they go to the terrace, they find a breathtaking view over the wine mountains of the ona, with the alps in the background. thirdly, a local and exciting weinlist allows them to expet on the out of the capital. the chance to taste from the history of the opposite and to experience amphora chassalas that is definitely worth a try! a world apart from alpine pendant. Finally, large and informative service rounds it all into a restaurant, I will go further to recommend to everyone in the opposite."

Very nice place, but the food was mediocre. Risoto was undercooked, had bacon in a vegetarian plate, cheeseball (fried) still frozen in the inside, and with coffe, a biscuit with mold on it... i don t know how it could get worse. Oh yess the...price!

is located next to the castle of aigle, in a charming building with a beautiful terrace with views. the filet de perche are excellent, one of the best in the opposite service can be somewhat slow, so take their time. best to come. a sunny day to enjoy the view outside. Speisekarte ansehen

We had an anniversary lunch the Pinte du Paradis at the Château in Aigle, Vaud, Switzerland. It was a nice summer day and our table was outside on the terrace in a lovely environment overlooking vineyards next to the terrace and mountains in the distance....The service was very friendly and professional and the food first class. When there was a little problem because a filet de boeuf saignant was rather medium, this was resolved quickly. Alltogether a happy and gratifying experience.

personally, I am a fan of marrow bone, served warm with salt blossom. My apple of adan to me. Then comes the Cartesian dilemma. Beef tartar or lamb fillet? (I assure you, both are a slaughter, but as we are already in heaven, you are not risking anything! If your desires are winding it is the foot of the turf and surf that will make you pass from purgatory to paradise. judge, 500g of beef rib on slate and half lobster, pure culinary happiness. As a last judgment, add that the staff is friendly and efficient and that the terrace is a corner of paradise in paradise.

"we ate at the communal pint thanks to a good purchase on the qooking site. and it was a very nice discovery, the restaurant being totally unknown to me before. A modern, cozy decor, two separate parts, one brewery the other more gastronomic, one terrace. a very friendly welcome. We tasted the menu 8 dishes in agreement with 3 wines. The dishes are superb, whether for the eyes with a remarkable presentation and an original dishes but also for the nose with subtle fragrances and for the palate with tastes sought but harmonious. A mention for the sorbets, great chef's specialty, regularly added to the dishes and cleverly married. the tip of freshness was a plus, while it was about 34° outside. meat and fish cooking is controlled. We especially enjoyed the foie gras, its red and orange beet sorbet and the rhubarbe chutney - the low-temperature cooked poultry poultry with its high-pitched reduction - the summum was the apple poached with spices and its Breton biscuit, we add a little raw pistachio and a salty caramel butter and get a dream meal end. And I'm not a dessert lover. A single small flat for the carrot velvet and its fruit sorbet of passion, the velvety lacked peps. But it's just a personal opinion. A lovely service, with regular pace, the choice of wines was good with a beautiful Valais discovery (fin bec.) a very good price for the quality of the kitchen. We exchanged a few words with the chef, who does not hesitate to share his passion, without giving his secrets of course.A great gastronomic moment and a beautiful discovery in Aigle.Bravo and thank you."
