"This is an address we have known for 10 years since we spent our summer holidays in Pélissanne. The Belgians love Provence and find good restaurants that offer local cuisine and good regional wines. The Taverne has been held for 27 years by Danièle and her husband in the furnaces. Everything is excellent and the portions are generous. The reception is cordial and the guests are treated to the small onions. Attention it is often complete better to book. I love the place!"

An incredible little restaurant that serves only quality! Pizza with its fine pasta cooked with wood fire, gizzard salad and their meats cooked with wood fire... a treat! An extra waitress would have been welcome! But the quality of the meal supplanted a random service...
